My coaching is supportive, intuitive, pragmatic and highly strategic. My approach is based on two decades in the business and media sectors; mentoring from one of Australia’s leading coaches Shannah Kennedy; theories of Buddhist psychologist Tara Brach and teacher Pema Chodron; the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and neuroplasticity; deep listening and a track record of supporting my clients to be their best selves.
